Over the last four years, 3G office has been involved in major consultancy projects for the construction and start-up of the 'City of Justice' in Barcelona and L'Hospitalet de Llogregat (230,000 m²), including the definition and viability study of the new operational programme to guarantee the successful construction and use of the property; defining the security model, and developing the fitting-out project, generating savings of some three million euros in this last project.

In terms of Facility Management we designed a Service Management Model for maintaining the property which sets out the Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that form part of the contract between the client and the company granted the concession.
